I’ve done my preparation for sehri…I always add this homemade healthy overnight Chira in my sehri routine to maintain a tireless fasting I’ve shared the recipe Happy Ramadan!
RECIPE
Ingredients:
Chira/Rice flakes () – 1/3 cup
Chia Seeds () – 1/2 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Raisins ()
Choped Dates ()
Any nuts you like ()
Mix the chira and chia seeds with the milk
Garnish with raisins, dates and nuts (you can use your favorite fruits as well)
Refrigerate it overnight and enjoy at sehri time
