This besan spinach or palak chilla is healthy and easy to make. You can have this chilla at any time of the day. As this chilla is rich in protein it helps in your weight loss journey too

Ingredients:

1 cup or 120 grams of besan
1/4 Cup or 80 grams of Semolina or rava
3 tbsp Chopped Onions
2-3 tbsp chopped tomatoes
Chopped Coriander leaves
1-2 finely chopped green chilies
1 cup or 250 grams of chopped spinach
1 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp Jeera or Cumin Powder
1 tsp flax seeds powder
Salt to taste
1tsp lemon juice
