SHRIMP, PESTO & BURRATA PASTA! 10 minute mouthwatering meal that makes you feel fancy.! Im going to at least make some pasta sauce and fresh sourdough bread today!
Deets: Gluten-free pasta (I used brown rice) tossed in homemade pesto. Tossed with roasted red peppers and topped with warm burrata and shrimp (quickly marinated in coconut aminos, salt, pepper and some garlic powder then seared on each side for 2 minutes.) Cracked pepper on top!
