Chicken kebabs inspired by @shaguftalifestyle
I basically just winged it following Shaguftas recipe and making it my own with some tweaks – thats the beauty of Indian food
I used a combination of 1 chicken thigh and 1 large breast and popped them in the processor to mince – then I added a tsp each of ground cumin, ground coriander, dried coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp salt, chilli flakes and turmeric, 1/4tsp ground ginger, 1 chopped spring onion and a sprinkle of dried minced Garlic – shaped and baked on baking parchment in the oven on a medium heat for apx 20-25mins. Served with salad and a dollop of @geetasfoods mango chutney which is the best mango chutney in my opinion – delicious. Thankyou to Shagufta for the inspiration- I will be making these again!.
