Sure, an apple a day is great but it is important to eat a wide range of vitamins, minerals and fibre from delicious vegetables and seeds, providing a maximum amount of nutrient rich foods for ultimate vital energy.
Recipe (all organic, ideally)
Serves 2 adults
Lettuce (of your choice)
Cucumber (sliced)
2 Carrots (grated)
2 garlic pieces (chopped)
Ginger (grated)
Horseradish (grated)
3 celery stalks (chopped)
Red onion (half, chopped)
3 large mushrooms (chopped)
8 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp Hemp seeds (Good Hemp)
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 slices of Follow your heart Pepper jack vegan cheese cut into small squares (gluten free, soy free, non gmo, kosher, casein free, lactose free)
Dressing
1 whole lemon
1-2 tbsp olive oil
